Sometimes the best resource is another parent or caregiver who understands without needing the whole backstory.

Central Healing's free virtual Parent & Caregiver Support Group creates space for connection, conversation, shared experiences, and useful resources among people who understand the realities of caring for a child with unique needs.

Come with a question. Come with a resource. Come because you've had a rough week. Come because you've had a great week and want to share it. Or come and simply listen.

What to Expect

Our conversations may include parenting and caregiving experiences, school and advocacy concerns, available resources, family life, self care, everyday wins and challenges, and whatever is important to the group that week.

You are never required to share more than you're comfortable sharing.
