As a Registered Nurse, entrepreneur, and breast cancer survivor, I understand both personally and professionally that life can change quickly. Together, we'll figure out what matters to you, what's getting in the way, and create realistic steps to help you move forward with confidence and purpose.

Parent/Caregiver Coaching

Coaching designed to help parents, caregivers, and individuals feel supported as they navigate the complexities of the special needs community. Whether it’s a parent who’s child was newly diagnosed with Autism, caregiver challenges navigating IEP meetings or impartial hearings, and/or advocating for resources, Central Healing is here to listen and help.

Each private session is 60 minutes and completely confidential.
